I was first given room 111. Rug was unfortunately very damp on arrival and after going back up to front reception was given an upgraded room #104 that turned out nicely as originally expected. The only downfall is that the adjacent elevator next door makes compressor noises as it goes up and down. The real reason I gave you good to excellent marks was your staff. Very attentive with the larger room upgrade. Parry the night reception check- in host responded well after my complaint. Kudos. Also, I must mention the breakfast staff attendant / chef was terrific and super pleasant. She was very attentive and friendly smile with a clean service area and a great selection. The only other area to be given a lower mark would be the jacuzzi jets needed to be improved. Clean, hot and bubbly but no nozzle force for the feets!l Great tub and pool though. Will be back through and I will next request room #109 away from the elevator. A little more improvement and perhaps more landscaping / trees would really make you stand out from everyone else!
