Room curtains were filthy had stuff all on them look almost like dried blood. Stayed one night, next morning woke up and opened curtains for light and there was a bedbug laying on the seal. Made it feel so uncomfortable after that. I left asap. Won’t stay there again.

The price was very reasonable and the continental breakfast is convenient. I did not like that the elevator was not working nor the sauna and the pillows in the room were very uncomfortable.

The locks on our door were broken & we had to keep a chair against the door until it could be fixed in the morning. There were food wrappers on the floor, the bathroom was not clean & had urine on the outside of the toilet. The issues were addressed when we brought them up but there should have been no issues in the first place. Especially the broken locks on the door.
