I know this isn’t a 5 star hotel. Some things are just non negotiable though. We got checked-in to an occupied room. Our towels had blemishes like someone cleaned their face on it. The shower floor had some white residue. We were not sure if that was from the tile’s grout or heavy soap. Very thin walls…. Had terrible sleep because my neighbor had the tv on all night. Not really the Hotel’s fault. Just letting you know what to expect. My review is so that you can improve. Not here to get anyone in trouble. The room was clean - employees were kind and helpful.
