Very caustic chemical odor. Cockroaches & spiders. Old is fine this place was not clean or well maintained. We stayed 1 night even though we had reserved 3. Just awful! Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

Clean, very spacious. Amenities were great and kept our kids entertained. The private beach is very small. The shower is spacious but the shower head was horrible. I don’t know if it needs cleaned but the water sprayed everywhere. We are a family of 6 and by the time the 3rd person was getting the shower the water was lukewarm. Beds are nice and comfy. 2 massive balconies. The views are pretty. Staff is nice. Nighttime maintenance man (he has a bird) is very friendly and informational. Great location, 30min drive to Key West.

Room was very spacious, right in front of the pools. Pools was very warm, property was nicely landscaped, nice view of the water, small beach. We used the free kayaks. Walking distance to a fun restaurant.

There were good things about the place that we enjoyed - the staff was nice, the room fairly decent, the pool was heated and fun for kids. What we did not enjoy was that the walls and ceilings are paper thin. We had a double queen room with two smaller rooms over us. Anyone above walking around sounded like pounding and woke us up 2 hours early each day (around 6am) Also, the breakfast here isn’t great. No hot foods, weak coffee, commercial mini muffins.
