Dining Room: Formal dining for 6 guests

Outdoor Screened Lanai: With outdoor dining table for 4 and glider chairs with foot rests.

Primary Suite: King size bed, nightstands with lamps, alarm clocks and USB charging ports. chest of drawers, spacious closet and flat screen smart TV.

Primary EnSuite Bathroom: Tile Shower, toilet, vanity.

Guest Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, nightstands, lamps clock, spacious closet and chest of drawers.

Guest Bedroom 2: Full over full bunk beds, closet, desk/workspace. Internet, printer and more

Shared Bathroom: Bathtub / Shower combo, toilet & vanity.

Laundry Room: Located on main floor with full size washer & dryer.

Front Yard: Parking for 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and 1 boat trailer.

Backyard: 6’ Privacy fence out to rear canal. Boat dock to accommodate up to 32' boat. (depth 4'+ at low tide) Boat dock has rinse down area and shore power available. Large fish cleaning station with running water.

Private Pool: Spacious pool and pool deck sitting area, dining area for 6, pool is heated in winter months from 12/1-5/1 only. Pool light.

Tiki: Large tiki with chairs and lounge. Outdoor lighting and fan. Large Paver area and walk path to dock.

The home is located 35 minutes from Key West on the island of Little Torch. It is within walking distance of Kiki’s Sandbar and close to popular dining spots such as Boondocks Bar & Grill and The Square Grouper.

Perfect House

Jason was great to deal with, the house seems brand new and was super clean, the pool and dock were also perfect had 27’ boat that fit great, location of house from road and water was nice also.

Perfect name for this property

Did you ever go on vacation and after a week say “that was nice but I’m ready for home”. Then this is not the property for you. We stayed a month at Jason’s beautiful property and left (reluctantly) kicking and screaming for more. He has put much effort into creating a resort like feeling in a back yard. The pool was amazing. The tiki hut, cool and welcoming. Incredible dock space for your boat or viewing all your underwater friends (or dinner). We had a manatee visit us at the dock and stayed a while. Truly magical. We towed a small 17’ boat from Pa. A decision that couldn’t have been more rewarding. Caught some snappers, and just had fun exploring. House had all the amenities we needed. Property is managed and maintained excellent. Kelly was quick to resolve 1 small glitch we had, and texted to see if things were going well. Jason was so very easy to talk to about anything. I can only imagine how hard he has worked to create “lil piece of paradise”. Absolutely our best vacation experience. Hope to return if possible.
