The building looks fine from the outside, but the inside is in bad condition (old, broken chairs, peeling paint, and a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallways). The room was comfortable but poorly cleaned; the bathtub was dirty (with men's hair), and there were cockroaches everywhere—coming out of the sink, drawers, and on the floor! There was mold on the bathroom wall near the light switch.

The property itself is good, but our stay was very disappointing because carpet work was going on during our visit. There was constant noise, dust everywhere, and the whole area felt messy and uncomfortable. I was traveling with kids, which made the situation even worse and stressful. This kind of maintenance work should be completed before allowing guests to check in. It is not acceptable to have construction going on while rooms are occupied, as it seriously affects comfort and overall experience. Because of this, our stay was not as enjoyable as expected.
