Needs major updates, room was okay had to clean the microwave & refrigerator out before putting my stuff in it. Took a shower and the water fill the tub up and drained very slowly. For a quick stop over I quess it’s okay.

I stayed at the Roadway Inn in Benton Arkansas on Thursday 9/18/25. It was a terrible experience. The front lobby was a mess and reeked of a foul stench along with the hallway leading to my room and my room as well. I went to the front desk and ask the clerk if she had a can of disinfectant spray. Unbelievably she did and now I know why. I sprayed my entire room down. The towels smelled of the same foul stench that the room smelled of. Not clean at all. Very filthy. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and motels, but this was by far the worst. When I turned in my room key to the owner at the front desk this morning I told him that the City of Benton in Arkansas health department needs to shut him down. I want a refund on my card please.

I was not able to stay at this place because they would not accept my registered service dog. The people at hotels.com and the man behind the counter at the motel assured me I could get a full refund which I could not so I would not use this service and I would not book at this motel

Disappointed

The room appeared to be clean but there were bugs. They were in the refrigerator, bathtub, on top of the dresser etc. The bed was not very comfortable. The desk person was very pleasant, but we won't stay there again. Just once I wish the pictures they show you when you are looking for a hotel were true to the hotel. We won't stay there again.

The building could use some maintenance. The room was clean and it was quiet. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the room, only bar soap. No hair dryer or iron. The trash was not emptied the three days I was there. The owner’s son saw me on day two and asked if I had gotten fresh towels (which I hadn’t) and made sure to get me some. Since I was traveling alone, they kept an eye on me which was nice.

I must admit I was unsure, but I loved it. Very quiet! My room was quite large with a king bed. It had 2 desks, a dinette, fridge, microwave and direct tv. Staff did not bother me. They emptied my trash while I was gone to sessions and touched nothing else. I quite enjoyed not being at a crowded hotel! I will definitely stay here again when I go for sessions next summer!

You can tell it is a familiar owned business. They had a new credit card system that b was not working. He did get it fixed later in the evenong. My room was very clean. The air worked great. The bed was good and the shower had hot water. It has not been updated in a while. I wished that it least had coffee in the morning. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. We were here doing a flea market.

Place is a trashy dump. Broken down cars all over the parking lot. We showed up late for check-in so couldn’t really tell how dilapidated the outside of the building was until morning. It looks like it should be condemned. Rooms are outdated and in rough shape. Our bathroom door was hanging on by one hinge and all the tile floors were nasty.

Very quiet. Rooms are decent. No pets allowed. I booked online and was not ever asked about a pet, but upon arrival I was told no pets whatsoever. I was offered a full refund, but that could've taken days. I was able to find a friend to keep my dog, but I would've had to sleep in my car that night if I wouldn't have found somewhere for her to go. I had no more money and I was trying to get away from my home situation.
