We got the king size bed with a sofa bed. Planned on using the pull out sofa bed but when I pulled it out it had no sheets on the mattress and looked like mold and/or dirt was all over the mattress. The king size bed was fine and clean. The shower looked half way cleaned and TV remote battery was going dead; when I tried to call the front desk using the hotel phone it would not go through so I had to go there for pillows and blankets. The staff was friendly and great, but the overall quality of the stay was not in great and won’t be staying again.

Cheap but low quality

Staff members were friendly but not well supported. Example: staff were apologetic to guests at breakfast because offerings already very limited and they were out of bowls, milk. Staff searched for other items through cabinets. Property needed a lot of maintenance. Had been painted recently but just painted over a lot of damage. Our room smelled like feet and cigarettes.

Can't praise this location enough! All of the staff (including Chief Deputy Thomas) were a delight! The hotel is well kept and safe. We loved the fact the its walking distance to Jim's Razorback pizza (which was delicious) and a short Uber ride to Overtime. Everything was clean, and the breakfast (especially the massive DIY waffles) is fantastic. 10/10

It was a nice stay at a decent price!!! The staff was professional and friendly, the rates weren't bad (especially for Maumelle), the room was good (the sofa bed wasn't comfortable but the bed was great), the pool was nice and clean, the breakfast was pretty good with decent options and I'd DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place at an affordable price!!! Oh and it's walking distance to Subway, Waffle House, and the gas station...
