Checked in late. Went to crawl in bed and my sheets had BLOOD on them. Front desk (Haley) brought new sheets (appreciated). I advised Shanda the next morning and she was going to have Nisha (mgr) reach out to me. I went on a cruise and didn’t hear anything the whole time. On way back went to sake hotel to see if I could get a room comped but needed Nisha. Do she advised to check in with her in the AM. So…I did. However, Nisha was “not in” and Lovely had to call her and text her to see what could be done. This experience was awful and unacceptable!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in Sept. We stay at alot of IHG hotels, this one was not as clean as the ones we have stayed at. The two desk ladies were very kind though. They moved our room the first night and offered to move us again on the last night, but we only had that night to get through before we left. We didn't feel like packing up and moving again. I'm not going to get into complete detail because the situations we faced aren't typical for IHG hotels. I do wish that the manager had came to us, knowing all of the issues that we had, but she didn't address us at all. We were told if we wanted to speak with her, we could because she knew all that we had been dealing with. We said no, because we felt in these situations, she should have came to us. The front desk lady, I wish I could remember her name but I can't. I do remember she just moved there from Little Rock and I believe she was a teacher, but she was very helpful and so kind. She messaged the manager and the maids, right when things occured. She was on it for sure. Would we stay there again? I'm not sure, but I do know we would have to check the room out first. As far as breakfast, the lady was not very kind when I asked if they had more biscuits. She was on her cell phone and acted like I was interrupting her.
