When I arrived, there was no one at front desk. I had to wait until the attendant came from back. The room appeared clean on the surface but at second glance, the carpet had not been vacuumed, pulled back the sheets and hair (a lot) visible to the eye from previous guest was in the bed. When I complained no one was able to make my bed so they offered to move me to another room. I decided against that and just asked for clean sheets and I’ll do it myself. Well they only had sheets no comforters. The furniture was old and the desk chair was broke and peeling. The manager did apologize, gave me a $25 gift card and said lunch was on her. I felt safe but other than that the stay was not good.

parking was fine, safety wise? 2 nasty vehicles broke down in the back of hotel. People hanging out in their cars. room was ok, but I requested away from highway and regretted because we were in a room in the middle - either side VERY Noisy people no respect slamming doors talking loudly even at 2 AM was awoken this morning by someone turning on TV full blast at 5. Also room had like a splatter of ? black color entrance way. Pool was nasty, wasn't told about so no swimming, had Big pot holes back and front parking area. We have stayed here several times and each time sorry to say its getting worse. Staff was good though this time.
