In my initial room, there was no hot water. I moved my belongings to another room where I stayed for the remainder of the trip. My room was cleaned Zero out of Three days. I will not be back to this establishment, masquerading as a hotel.

No curtains pull down shade was Filthy dirty black fingerprints all over it. Also the bathroom door needs Cleaning visible signs of not clean. Waited for maintenance to come fix the blinds that took a very long time. Don’t stay in room what room is this 2021. Wish I could upload some pictures but there’s no place for me to do that.

This was the third time we stayed here. We enjoy the staff and location. This time one of our rooms was not cleaned prior to them assigning us a room, but they quickly fixed the situation and got us a new room.
