Summary:

You'll love everything about this centrally located apartment! It's walking distance to the new Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, Stone's Throw Brewery, and so much more! Well furnished with everything you need for an overnight stay or longer.



The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The couch in the living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep an additional two people. A pack n play is available upon request.



The Space:

The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building so there is one flight of stairs that must be climbed. There are only four units in this part of the building.



The back balcony in the kitchen is not completely enclosed so please be mindful of this with younger children/pets.



The Neighborhood:

This is a fantastic Downtown location just two blocks from the art museum, three minute’s drive to East Village, Fidel & Co Coffee, Sterling Market, Camp Taco and more. There’s a wonderful dog park within walking distance as well!

The apartment had ample free parking and was easy to find. Great walkable near Museum of Fine Art whihc is free and a must see! Near tge Root Cafe delicious for breakfast. The property was amazing, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. So cloae to downtown. Go ride the trolley! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

I really enjoyed staying here! The location is great, as you are relatively close to LR Downtown, SOMA, and many other great local locations. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and very cute. They had great accommodations with towels, extra bedding, and kitchenware. The shared back yard area was also super cute.Some things to consider: It is a shared space, so there are neighbors, but they seemed pretty cool. The bed creaks really loudly, which is a little concerning. Also, while the air was going, it didn't seem to get very cool during the day, but that might just be Arkansas heat. Overall, great stay!

Great walkability

Location was great and close to so many walkable restaurants. The place was pretty clean but I would recommend replacing the shower curtain liner. The bed sounded as though it was breaking each time we got in and out of it. We realized that the stabilizers in the middle need adjusted/fixed. I also would recommend replacing the daylight bulbs within the lamps with a warmer hue. The light was harsh at night. Overall a good stay.
