Very disgusting and repulsive to walk into a urine filled ashtray when I selected a non smoking room, let alone the cockroaches and ceiling falling apart LITERALLY above our heads over the bed! The ceiling has water damaged spots with mold and the shelf in the closet was falling down. I’ve asked for my money back and was told “they don’t do refunds”. I think there should be an exception please. I have pictures for proof! I gave the key back after 10 minutes of checking into it.

There were roaches in our bathroom and the floors in the bathroom were dirty. The pictures that you have for this particular property give false advertisement. This property looks NOTHING LIKE YOUR PICTURES! The air was fine, but that was about it. I was there for medical reasons, and I wasn't very comfortable at all. The breakfast looked old and horrible. Did not eat anything from there. The complete hotel needs to be updated.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and that says a lot the only thing that was even close to good was the bed and location and the staff was pretty down to earth and good to get along with. Don’t think I will recommend this place to anybody ever and will never be back sorry but Windam needs to do better and take a look at this hotel to bring it back up to even par standards

The customer service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. Water pressure in the shower was not the best. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a heavy police presence in the parking lot throughout the night due to an issue with a neighbor two doors down. An ambulance also arrived at one point, which made the stay feel unsettling. The motel itself was fine, but for a quieter experience, I would recommend requesting a room in the front rather than the back.

Clean your nasty pool

Nasty dirty unsafe loud black folks and bangers bumping all night kids playing in the parking lot and parents not minding them nor moving them and yelling at me for trying to park in front of my room . Made an already scary and worrisome trip a little worse... I was there because my father was in a head on collision and was in ICU.. this hotel was the closest... Definitely would drive farther from the hospital for a better place... Breakfast and hospitality SUCKED
