First 5 minutes in my room I saw at least 10 roaches.they were crawling all over the walls and floor. I went to front desk all he did was offed us a different roach infested room and told me refund. This is the worst room. Never rent from this place

I mean I don't know if it's just old and it needs upgraded but every single thing was nasty just dirty looking. They're literally was roaches on the ceiling and in the bed I kid you not. I mean the staff and the stay was fine except for the dirtiness and literally bugs

Check in was very slow and completed through a plexiglass window. As a guest checking in at 10:30 pm, I was not allowed in the lobby. The room was cold, musty, with a dead roach on the floor of the bathroom, a hand towel with lipstick on it, and peeling paint everywhere. The bases of the two mattresses had stains peeking out from the linens. I slept there one night, and chose to depart early, and find a cleaner, more comfortable room for my second night.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Great location for medical procedure scheduled just eight minutes away. Price was very reasonable, and hotel is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog❤️

Very disgusting and repulsive to walk into a urine filled ashtray when I selected a non smoking room, let alone the cockroaches and ceiling falling apart LITERALLY above our heads over the bed! The ceiling has water damaged spots with mold and the shelf in the closet was falling down. I’ve asked for my money back and was told “they don’t do refunds”. I think there should be an exception please. I have pictures for proof! I gave the key back after 10 minutes of checking into it.

There were roaches in our bathroom and the floors in the bathroom were dirty. The pictures that you have for this particular property give false advertisement. This property looks NOTHING LIKE YOUR PICTURES! The air was fine, but that was about it. I was there for medical reasons, and I wasn't very comfortable at all. The breakfast looked old and horrible. Did not eat anything from there. The complete hotel needs to be updated.
