The lady that checked me in was such a pleasant surprise! She was so sweet and friendly which is a nice change from others I have encountered checking into a hotel late at night. We have stayed here several times, but sadly, this might be the last, considering there are many better options right now on the street. When we first checked in (10pm), the room we got was trashed and clearly not cleaned yet from the person before us. No big deal, though, because they gave us another room. The second day, we left our room that morning and went back around 3pm for my kids to nap, and they hadn’t cleaned the room ye Still not a big deal because I’m not a stickler about that, but at that point, I had to put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door to nap. Later that night, a new, older lady was at the front desk. I had to ask for more towels since our room wasn't cleaned, so that we could get new ones. She told us we had to bring our dirty towels downstairs before we could get more. I’ve never had to carry a bunch of dirty towels down to the lobby in my entire life, and we do this frequently. Worst-case scenario, she could have marked how many new ones we were getting instead of if she didn’t want us to steal them. She literally had to count out each towel in the pile before she would give me more. This morning, she asked my husband and me several times if we were checking out yet (once 2 hours before check-out, when he was going to get breakfast while my kids and I were still getting ready). She called me 30 minutes before checkout to see if I was ready. The stay wasn't horrible, but I felt like more of a bother than a guest.

The staff was extremely friendly. Rooms clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to any restaurant you could want. I would highly recommend Comfort Inn and Suites Bryant. We will definitely stay again coming through Arkansas.
