The home is beautiful however my husband spent most of his time working on the hot tub, pool, showers and fans. We were unable to use the hot tub and pool and that is the main reason we booked this property. It was very disappointing for our kids. The pool guy did spend a day at the property but after he left the water completely drained out of the hot tub. We were told the plumbing was probably done incorrectly. The showers would not get hot and again my husband had to work on them to get them fixed. We were finally able to take a hot shower. Luckily, he’s a very handy man. However the purpose of this trip was to get away and relax for a few days after losing my step dad last week. The fan in the master bedroom only works when the light is on. The manager did drop off a stand fan for us to use at night. We appreciated the linen service but do recommend more towels especially in the main suite. We only were given two bath towels, wash cloths and no hand towels. While we do understand things happen but at this price point we expected a seamless experience.
