This completely renovated condo is nestled on the first floor of Golf Colony Resort. Step inside to discover our bright, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining friends and family. The cozy bedroom features a king size bed with 2 walk-in closets. Read that book you've been waiting for in a nice comfortable and serene condo, overlooking the pool. Walk out the back door and on to the pool deck to dive into a day poolside. One can find live music every night of the week within 10 miles of the condo. Up for more adventure? Drive .5 miles to immerse yourself in the culture, activities and fine dining experiences of the Intercoastal Waterway of Little River. You can rent a boat or jet skis on the Intercoastal waterway. If that’s not your speed, it’s only a 3-mile drive to Cherry Grove beach where you can have fun all day relaxing and playing in the waves. While there, you can parasail, paddle board, surf, or just lay back and relax. Whether it’s jet skiing, dolphin watching, casino cruising, shopping, dining, putt-putting, or dinner shows, the immediate area provides an abundance of entertainment, dining or indoor and outdoor activities for everyone in the family no matter your age! We have a trundle bed that functions as 2 twins or can be put together to form a King. Please note, this is a no smoking property.

Nice place to stay

Everything we needed! Exactly as advertised. Great communication. Easy to locate and close to area we needed. Only annoyance was upstairs apartment occupants were heavy footed but did not ruin our stay. Beds are very comfortable. Appreciated all the little extras! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect softball tournament stay

Location of this property to anything you could need or want is perfect. We were down for a softball tournament which took place at two different fields and this property was located perfect.

Cozy and Clean Condo!

We absolutely loved this cozy, clean condo in North MB! Stayed the weekend for a travel soccer tournament and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Very clean and comfortable, quiet and close to all the necessities. We will be back! Thank you!

Convenient

We spent 18 days in this apartment. It was a nice friendly neighborhood; we made good friends with some residents. Convenient 6 minutes drive to the Cherry Grove beach. Plenty of parking options there. 5 minutes drive to a shopping plaza. The apartment was clean, nicely updated. The only negative was a noise from an AC compressor near the bedroom, so we used beds in the living room. May be we are just too sensitive to it.

Everything was wonderful about this condo. He actually meet me outside trying to find the codo. And directed me in the right place. And i really thanked him for that. Place was clean, and i love the location. Would definitely recommend this.
