Front desk was inconveniently located on 4th floor. Hotel entrances were locked 24/7, had to get room card out when we were carrying other items. Room phone didn’t work and desk clerk didn’t care. When we asked for an extra blanket, we were told there weren’t any. Heard constant mechanical noise coming from within walls. Housekeeping did not keep room supplied. Every night, there were loud conversations in the hallway. Microwave was on a shelf a few inches off the floor. Water pressure was low. Only convenience was location.
