"Front desk staff was fantastic, caring, chatty and fun to talk with. Very informative and knowledgeable about Waverly. Room waa clean with fridge, microwave and coffee, lots of pillows, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Waverly. Also, made sure even though they were fullly booked, cleaning staff would have a room ready for early check in and they did. "

"The Hotel looked clean and kept well. All the staff seemed friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean. Breakfast was good plenty of options to choose from. My tub drain did seem to have a small clog as it was slow to drain while I was in the shower. Overall, I would say it was an enjoyable stay. If I have to get a room for my future visits, I will defiantly be doing so at the Sleep Inn."

"We had a wonderful stay while visiting our son in Iowa. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our visit. What truly stood out was how accommodating the host was when a blizzard rolled into town during our stay. She was quick to respond to our questions, flexible with our needs, and made sure we felt taken care of despite the stormy conditions.It gave us such peace of mind knowing we were in a safe, well-maintained place with a host who genuinely cared about her guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Especially if Iowa weather decides to put on a show!"

"This was a perfect home for a family gathering, spacious and comfortable, and the owners thought of so many little things renters may forget to pack, such as cleaning items, hand soap, and kleenex. We played ladder ball that was provided and saw they had a lot of pool toys for when the pool is open. We appreciated that there were 5 en-suite bedrooms, perfect for 4 couples and our mom. The kids thought the basement with adjoining bunk rooms and game room were great (the large beds were nice for adult kids). The kitchen had plenty of items to cook at the house, and having 2 refrigerators was helpful."
