Unbelievably gorgeous single story new home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, also a pullout queen sofa in the study area. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with tons of walking trails and parks close by. Super close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. I really believe you will love and enjoy staying in this home for your Arizona vacation. For the tv lovers we have direct tv, an 85” screen in the great room, 75” in the primary bedroom and 75” in the study area. WiFi is of course available for your use.

This was a very nice home built by a quality builder in a nice neighbor. We know the area and it meant our needs perfectly. Well stocked, kid friendly with bunk beds, toys and a pack and play. The home was absolutely beautiful and the host was super super accommodating. She helped us out with getting in early after realizing several of us had early flights and/or had to rebook earlier. Any questions I had she answered quickly and was easy to work with. My only hesitation was that the way the room layout reads, you may think it’s 4 bedrooms and an office, but it is only 4 bedrooms total, just got future reference!It was fun to stay and I would definitely do so again. It was wonderful coming home every night to a peaceful and beautiful space.

This property was immaculate and the owner was wonderful to deal with. The kitchen was gorgeous and stocked with everything I needed to prepare two brunches and one dinner.
