Disappointed

Deferred maintenance, the carpet was swept in the room, had a moldy odor. The odor was likely from the fact that the carpet was dirty, plaster hanging from the ceiling. Definitely not a hotel I would refer anyone to.

Went to check in waited at least 7 or 8 minutes for someone to come out to help me. Seemed like she was not excited to be there . Gave me my room key and said oh the door is open we thought the room smelt stale. Went to room it did smell stale or mildew . Bed was comfortable the shower was good parking good

The hotel definitely needs updates and better maintenance. The ceiling in our room was peeling from a water leak I suppose. The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable. I have neck problems and can I barely move today! The bathroom shower kept backing up. We had to wait in between showers for my family so it could drain. The pool was pretty gross too. Front desk staff that greeted me wasn’t friendly either. Just an all around less than good experience that I wish would’ve been different. We didn’t let the hotel experience ruin our last minute family getaway though. It’s just the last time we will stay there!

We had two rooms...one room had alarm clock and refrigerator that did not work. The other room had wet dirty washcloths left in bathroom. The elevator had no air conditioner..so it was hot in there The breakfast was minimal...no eggs, one meat, no hot tea bags .. Definitely a one night stay place.
