If you’re looking for a little getaway by the water, our little “Pippa” is definitely the place for you. “Pippa” offers an ideal retreat for singles or couples in a traditional thatched-roof Frisian house. The living space of approximately 35 m² includes a stylish yet modern living/dining area, a kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine with milk frother, and a ceramic cooktop), and a cozy bedroom with a double bed. A bright shower room with a toilet completes the vacation rental. The terrace, furnished with a seating set and a beach chair, invites you to sunbathe and relax amidst Sylt’s characteristic “rosehip and thatched-roof” silhouette. The apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of List (Mellhörn), right next to the nature reserve and just a “stone’s throw” (approx. 200 m) from the beach. The center of List can be reached in just a few minutes on foot or by bus (the bus stop is right out front on the street).



The apartment features high-speed internet (Wi-Fi), cable TV, and a private parking space right outside the door!



One dog is welcome to stay with you upon prior notice! The cost of the final cleaning will then increase by EUR 5.00 per day.

Sylt 2024

Wir waren das erste Mal auf der Insel. Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Insel ist bezaubernd mit ihrer herrlichen Dünenlandschaft und der prickelnden Luft. Wir kommen wieder! Herzliche Grüße!
