Hotel check in was easy, electronic key cards were new to me but worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of information about the local attractions in the area and how to get there. Room was as expected, clean and fresh, with nice touches for electronic device charging, USB and C ports on both sides of the bed. No adapters needed. Location wise, ideal for exploring Keukenhof a short walk away, you can hire bikes to explore the wider area. Nice little town with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants all within a few metres from the hotel. Only negatives were; breakfast was very expensive for what you get, and beware that on a Sunday literally nothing will be open, not even a coffee shop. Overall I would stay here again.

Great location

It was a very comfortable stay. Great location. Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants, and Keukenhof Gardens. Slightly small room but had everything we needed including a fridge and coffee machine.

The absence of a live person at the hotel after 5:00 PM. and before about 8:00 AM is a major inconvenience. The breakfast was okay but not great. Cold scrambled eggs probably from a package and undercooked bacon. Tiny pancakes also from a package and cold. The lower common area was dark and the coffee area was dirty and the cups were not available sometimes. I don’t recommend this hotel.
