The Space:

This single-storey lodge has one super-king-size bedroom, along with an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a Spa area with a Jacuzzi spa bath, sauna and TV, and a cinema room. Appliances include an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher and for entertainment there is a TV with Freeview, a Bluetooth music system and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a private decked terrace with patio furniture. EV charging point. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and a travel cot (no mattress) and highchair are available. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub 0.5 within miles. Note: Lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: Steps to access property. Explore the areas own amenities such as a pub, children's playground and park, or head further afield to Padstow and Polzeath for a day of sun soaking and surfing. With access to the Eden Project, Looe, Fowey and Polperro, Dobwalls is a wonderful area of Cornwall to uncover.
