Charming holiday home close to a beautiful beach

Classic Danish cottage in black with white painted farmhouse windows, which inside have recently been thoroughly renovated with respect for the identity of the house.



The house contains an open plan kitchen and living room and three bedrooms. In each of the two bedrooms there are beds with space for two people, while in the third room there is a double bed.



The house is located in the old part of Liseleje where there are only gravel roads and small paths bordered by old trees.



It is only 250 metres from one of Denmark's best beaches and a 7-minute walk to the centre of of Liseleje. The garden is extremely private and there is no car noise. You can take a hot shower under the outdoor shower freely and undisturbed.



Holiday life is also terrace life. You get this in excess with a wooden terrace around the whole house. Hence, a sunspot can always be found, and if the sun is too strong, the awning can be rolled out. In addition, there is a beautiful and rustic orangie to the south, where evenings and cool days can be enjoyed.



Dinner may be prepared in the house's outdoor kitchen, where there is a large gas grill and cold/hot water at the sink. For children, there is a swing stand, playhouse and a trampoline.



Liseleje's cozy centre is only 700 metres away, so it is not far from a waffle ice cream from one of the many ice houses, shopping, freshly baked bread or a cup of coffee at one of the cafés. Note: Not for commercial rental.

Et skønt sted på jord, som jeg varmt kan anbefale. Det havde alt; charme, natur, og kun to minutter til en skøn strand. Hus og have bærer tydeligt præg af, at ejerne tager miljøet alvorligt.
