This charming, beautiful, sun-drenched apartment with a view is the ideal choice for both a weekend getaway and as your base for longer vacations in Lisbon.

Located just moments away from the 800-year-old Lisbon Cathedral and the iconic Castle of St. George, this trendy apartment is situated in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of two metro stations as well as the famous #28 streetcar, which climbs the hills of Lisbon in classic style. The neighborhood is known as “Alfama,” where you’ll find “Terreiro do Paço”—one of Europe’s largest squares, from which Portuguese sailors set sail centuries ago.

One of the best things about this area is that you can walk pretty much everywhere! In any case, there are plenty of public transportation options. A 5-minute walk will take you to “Rossio,” from where you can catch the train to the village of “Sintra,” an UNESCO World Heritage Site. A longer walk (about 15m) will take you to “Cais do Sodré,” from where you can reach several beaches in no time. If you’re looking for nightlife, “Bairro Alto” is also just a short walk away!

All guests have full access to the entire apartment, including one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and one full bathroom.

There are plenty of mini-markets nearby where you can buy groceries if you’d like to cook at home. There are also some fantastic specialty wine shops if you’d like to try the finest Portuguese wines.
Restaurants and pastry shops (if you haven’t tried our local pastries, you’re missing out!) are plentiful and offer a good range of prices.

Please note that this apartment is right next door to another apartment we own, and it’s perfect for hosting groups of up to 8 guests. If both are available at the same time, we’d be delighted to host you all!

Our commitment:

Cleaning—Professional and in accordance with the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) but also disinfectant products in the recommended proportions for everyone’s safety.

Check-In - Check-in is done in person so that we can provide all the support guests need, but the process will be quick and efficient, with all necessary safety equipment in place. All information will be available inside the apartment and remotely through our team, which is available 24/7.

Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find surgical masks for your first day. We also have these and other products available at cost for added safety.

Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests didn’t seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted to do more and will do our best to ensure your comfort. If you prefer not to use the available online tools, our “Fill Your Fridge” service allows you to arrive to find whatever you want in the refrigerator, courtesy of our local partners, thereby avoiding unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have transportation partnerships from the airport and to any destination in Lisbon and Portugal to make your vacation smoother and more comfortable.

As a welcome gift, you’ll receive one of our famous Portuguese wines.

*COVID-19: Uber + Unilabs*
In Lisbon, Uber allows users to request a COVID-19 test through the app.

This service was developed in partnership with Unilabs, one of Portugal’s leading laboratories.

With this option, users can choose the comfort and safety of their home to take a COVID-19 test.
A certified Unilabs technician will travel to the user’s location wearing personal protective equipment to collect the sample.

Unilabs offers two COVID-19 testing options through the Uber app: PCR tests and rapid antigen tests. The PCR test costs 125€ with results delivered within 24 hours after collection. The antigen test—which has lower sensitivity but provides faster results (results in 15 minutes)—costs 50€ and results are delivered within 4 hours after collection.
As a laid-back host, I don’t have many rules. All I ask is that you treat the apartment as if it were your own. We want you to have a great time in Lisbon, and if you need any help, we’re here for you—so there’s really only one rule: please leave the apartment just as you found it! Please also note that late check-in fees may apply after 9:00 PM.
