Our one-bedroom apartment is centrally located, a half-hour walk from downtown Lisbon, but just 10 minutes from the famous LX Factory—Lisbon’s trendy industrial district, featuring a Sunday vintage market, designer shops, restaurants, cafés, and much more. You’ll also be at the riverfront in a 5-minute walk and just a short distance from supermarkets, trains, and buses. And did you know that the train to the beaches of Cascais and Estoril also stops nearby?

Make the most of the cozy, sunny terrace while enjoying your morning coffee with some fresh croissants or bread from Padaria Gleba, located right at the building’s entrance.

The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Alcântara-Mar metro station, making it easy to get around the city. You’ll also be right next to the famous LX Factory—a creative hub. It’s home to a variety of businesses, including startups, design studios, and art galleries. The complex consists of converted industrial buildings and is known for its trendy atmosphere and diverse community. LX Factory hosts a variety of events, including exhibitions, concerts, and workshops. It’s a popular destination for both tourists and locals.

» LATE-NIGHT CHECK-IN: For arrivals between 21:00 (9 p.m.) and 9:00 (9 a.m.), a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
