The location of this hotel is good between old town and Alfama. But it's a bit run down and lacks amenities like coffee in the room. Allegedly, there was unlimited coffee in the tiny lobby, but there were never any coffee pods for the nespresso maker. Staff seemed mostly uninterested in my companion's stopped up sink. Nice quiet room though. And clean.

The staff were so very helpful. They went above and beyond. The room was very comfortable. I loved the breakfast. We left early on our checkout day, and they packed us a wonderful breakfast to go. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was perfectly located, too. It was very central and you could walk or take a four or five euro Bolt or Uber ride to just about anywhere you wanted to go. Thank you again for your great hospitality!
