Just did a solo trip to Cascais to relax after a crazy year, and Villa Vasco da Gama was a perfect place to do that. It’s located away from the noisy/more touristy parts of the town center on a beautiful quiet street, but is still thankfully a very short walk from shops/restaurants/beaches etc. The staff are kind, helpful, and very accommodating, and the hotel itself is nice and clean. The pool out in the garden is great too! Would happily stay here again, thank you!

A boutique hotel with only 12 rooms. The building is beautiful & the rooms are very stylish. It’s a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the town but away from the bustle. I had a wonderful 3 night stay…coffee machine makes dreadful coffee, they really need to hire someone to make it…then this place would be perfect!

Excellent hotel just off the main street so it’s quiet but close to many wonderful restaurants. The outdoor space was especially inviting with the pool and lounging chairs and tables of all about. The staff were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this guest house.!

The staff were helpful in carrying our luggage up & down steps both outside & inside the property. It was nice & quiet although our room faced the road. Breakfast was good and replenished on request. Would recommend this property.

This is a lovely property with a pool and lounging area and looks like a private backyard. The building is very attractive and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and a delightful way to start our day!

The beds were very comfortable, the location was great, close to restaurants and very walkable. What I didn’t like is the breakfast bar in the morning was the worst I’ve had, the coffee machine is absolutely terrible. You could not even come up to the small lobby upstairs in the morning or even come up until 8 AM. The girls in the front desk were great. The two boys were rude and unhelpful. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again.

Diego and Laura at the front were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious with high ceilings and we had a lovely walk out baloney which was very nice. We walked out to their pretty garden in the back with a pool and it was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and plenty would recommend this stay. We had an enjoyable stay.
