The hydromassage system is switched off and will remain switched off, so the bathtub will only function as a bathtub. The refrigeration equipment functions only as a refrigerator, without any complementary systems. Vacuuming and cleaning of the spaces will be carried out with a vacuum cleaner. Autonomous. Regarding the outdoor environment, the villa is located in a tourist village with a hotel and golf course, in addition to large, well-maintained garden areas and leisure areas. The villa is located 3 km from Torres Vedras and 40 km from Lisbon, with various commercial spaces, supermarkets, restaurants and pastry shops. Torres Vedras is known for its excellent gastronomy.
