Great location, very spacious room, interior design was great - loved the headboard design! The only downside was the beautiful floorboards were really noisy, so creeping to the loo in the middle of the night woke my partner up. No cleaning done during our 5 day stay - so towels didn’t get changed which was disappointing. Other than that it was great, we shall return

The room is beautiful and clean. The property is quiet for the area it's in. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Only thing to note is this isn't a hotel per se. The staff is on site to check you in between 1500-1800. So if you're not checking in between these hours you should consider if it's the property for you. When you check in, go to the R. Ferragial entrance.

We liked the breakfast that was delivered each morning. The apartment was spacious and centrally located. We were running out of bathroom tissue on the last day, otherwise a very good stay.

This is a zero hotel which we quite appreciated. It contained everything needed for our 3 night stay. The location was absolutely amazing. Bed was quite comfortable. The staff was extremely responsive to any questions and requests. We would definitely stay here again!

What you must know!

People should be aware all communication with this Lodge is through email or WhatsApp, lots of confused people including me not understanding how to check in or get in the building, we were all standing outside not knowing what to do. There is no desk or reception! My room was amazing and my bed was very comfortable.

Great location

Great welcome and good location for all that Lisbon offers . Quiet room considering it is within 100 yds of the ever busy Pink street area . Nice size room with really creaky floors , no kettle and only 4 hangers. Best hotel shower I've ever had 👍. Would use again.

L’endroit est superbe et bien placé ce qui permet de s’imprégner de Lisbonne. ** par contre l’emplacement se trouve près d’une rue très active (musique et festivité)** 10/10

Not a Hotel

Firstly this is not a hotel. There is no reception and we had to wait for the arrival of the receptionist who was busy checking in others at another hotel. No information or maps of Lisbon. The room was comfortable but lacking a safe so we had to carry our valuables each time we went out. Location was excellent but Lisbon"s stone streets made walking difficult (we are retired). A dirty towel was replaced when we sent a message. Carpark is across the street and convenient and even though it had been requested when we made the booking we had to pay additional for it. All in all there are accessibility issues in getting there and unloading but communications were good.
