Staff were rude - had a night flight and arrived to a dirty room. Receptionist helped to change the sheets after complaining. Overall, service had been questionable, iron wasn’t provided when asked multiple times and later told last minute that they did not have any available.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location. Grocery store across the street, massive mall about 10 minutes away, 10 minute walk to the train station and then about a 20 minute train ride to Alfama! Rooms are large and spacious, comfortable beds the only complaint I have is the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the rooms around you (including people snoring haha)

Spacious room and in general tidy, situated in a quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly. Yet room TV does not really work. Expect some walking from metro or main shipping or dining outlets.

If you into football like me it’s a great location for Benfica. However, Aside from the swivel TV, which is a great feature, that’s where the compliments end. I was there for 4 nights and they missed housekeeping one night. I’m still confused about the shower controls, complicated for no reason, the shower has no space in it which was weird considering the bathroom was spacious. Also, after you use the shower the sink tap water only comes out hot. Lastly, not sure whose bright idea was it to put the wardrobe right next to the bed so you cant move or even put your suitcase/bag there if you open the door, stupid! If you ask me you just paying for the location and the room should be cheaper!

Clean room, friendly staff, next to Benfica stadium! It was a great setup for dad and I. We areived in Lisbon early and they let us checkin early. Receptionist spoke bith English and Portuguese. The room was a great setup a literal apartment! A living room, kitchenette, bathroom and we had a room with 2 bedrooms. Dad and i had space to hang out together and have privacy at night. There was a couple of stumbling blocks trying to figure out how a couple of things worked lol i didnt know you needed to put the room key in the slot next to the door to make the lights and AC work in the room so i had to call down to the front desk to figure out why the lights werent turning on. Also buttons are a little different in the shower so it took some fiddling around to figure it out lol the hotel is about 10-15 minutes away from the Lisbon airport and away from the main part of lisbon but everything is easy to get to via an uber or bolt. Our tour guide had no issue picking us up at the hotel. Benfica stadium is across the street. There was a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel that served mainly burgers. The food was good, our only complaint was that we would ask for our burgers to be well done and they still came out a bit under cooked. However the wings were delicious. Breakfast was a buffet they had eggs, beans, bacon and another protien that varied and then pasteries and different types of breads and cheeses. We loved our stay! Highly recommend!
