Our Lift apartment was excellent. The apartment was very clean, excellent location as it was walking distance to a lot of landmarks and well as the train station to go to Sintra. That made our experience very smooth. The bed was comfortable. The staff professional and easy to deal with. Excellent neighborhood, excellent apartment. Highly recommend it.

The Lift Hotel Apartments is perfect for our family! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment entrance is behind the main Hotel in the walking street with shops. The location of this property is the best! Close to transportation, restaurants and many main landmarks such as Santa Justa Lift (2 buildings away on the same street!), Rossio Square (1 minute walk), Praca do Comercio (5-10 minute walk to the waterfront) in the middle of Lisbon. You can see the St. George Castle from our apartment window! Metro, tram and bus stops are all within 2-5 minutes walk at the corner of the street. Belem is a 15 minutes uber ride to the Jerominos Monastery. I highly recommend staying here for Lisbon!

The apartment and location could not be better. The staff is excellent and always friendly, welcoming and always offering assistance. Do not hesitate - book this place! You will be in a beautiful apartment absolutely in the heart of the city. We could watch the April 25 celebrations from our balcony less than 300 yards away.

Two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Windows opened to the street so you can hear the street performers. Otherwise the room was very quiet. Close to everything. We loved the room even with walking up three flights..
