Awesome hillside apartments. Fabulous views of Alfama. Friendly staff. Quirky building set-up with hallways and elevators and stairs due to hillside location. Not for mobility challenged guests.

really surreal place! an old building, kind of a maze and hard to find the room, felt like staying in a secret penthouse. our room had views of the pool and Pantheon! wow. and the harbor to the other side. great walking location to Fado spots. very very cool spot. a last minute booking as we missed our flight, but would stay here again! the staff was super friendly.

The state was excellent. My only complaint about the hotel is that in the listing it doesn’t tell you you can’t use an Uber to get there because it’s a private street. You must take a taxi or you get dropped off a block away with no information about how to get where you going and how to get your luggage there along with you. That was the start of my stay and very daunting since I don’t speak the language.

Apartment ample space , location it’s central but in front of the property it’s a city trash collection point with multiple large trash can there , which it’s not appealing But no easy to communicate Front desk service short period of time Lunch break for them 1 1/2 hour at noon If you need to communicate only way it’s calling but many tourist cell service from a different country , it should be better what’s up .

Our apartment was absolutely amazing and as stunning as the pictures. Perfect with our three year old who called it our 'home-tel,' Our flights were delayed on the way out, I was able to call through to reception who provided us with access to the property after reception hours with really clear instructions. We just loved it so much, will definitely be back.

Nice apartments in the heart of Alfama can make it a bit of fun for the drop off and pick up rides. Location served us well and units were clean and comfortable. Walk anywhere and enjoy Lisbon.

Property was nice. The apartments were a good size. We spoke to the staff and there was no coffee in the rooms and there was none on site for anyone. Food was left over from previous people staying in the cabinets and unfortunately the heating in the room and the gym was not functional and showing error codes. Maybe wrong time to be there?

Amazing room in the perfect location

The room was perfect for our family of 4. The kids shared a comfortable pull-out in the living room while the full kitchen helped ensure they were never hungry between each stop of our adventure. Having access to the laundry made it even better. Perhaps what was most spectacular was the stunning roof deck - if only we'd stayed in late spring or summer so it was warm enough to enjoy the pool!
