The room was so bad, it has a lot of cracked walls which I actually have phobia for.. The toilet was not clean, they put me in a room that was very close to road side, which I didn’t sleep for 2days on my stay there… The room was not too cold, the room only one light bulb works.. it was a very terrible stay for me, this don’t even allow me enjoyed the vacation I went for. Also more of English staff please for those of us who don’t speak French, Spanish or Portuguese

No phone in room, so I had to make 6-7 trips to front desk to ask for things. They promised to bring a phone in a few minutes and we never got one during our entire 2 night stay. We were not impressed when they charged us 1.5E (euros) for disposable wood cutlery so we could eat some food! They wanted 10E for breakfast when it was supposed to be free. They didn't provide free shuttle to airport as advertised. They said they needed 3 days notice to schedule it (we were there 2 nights) We had to order Uber/Taxi. The room was too hot (24*C) & there was no way to adjust the thermostat & no window to open for fresh air, so I asked for help. They turned off the heat & fan but it got really stuffy w/o air circulation, so it caused terrible sleeps for 2 nights. No facecloths are provided with the towels so we had to go buy some. From about 10:30-11:30pm there was terrible noise outside from a motorcycle that was revving up extremely loudly & backfiring, which sounded like gunfire & bombs going off and I suspect the front desk didn't do anything to stop the noise late at night like call the police to intervene. One thing we liked was the King bed, which was comfortable. The pillows were too thick, which caused uncomfortable bending of the neck & contributed to terrible sleep. The duvet covers were too thick & hot. Overall, we were very disappointed and would never stay there again and we would never recommend this hotel to anyone else.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. If I could I would rate it as no stars. It was run down and dirty. It could us updating but the whole place was dirty. We put our shoes on at night to walk to the bathroom as we didn't want our feet on the carpet or bathroom floor. The walls looked like someone was playing hockey in the room and there was "goo", not sure what it was smeared on the walls, both in the room and in the hallway. When we asked for a different room we were advised that all the rooms were the same.

Room clean, ok for a nights stay close to airport. My son’s room had no shower door for the small shower. Was happy to have a bar that let us take a drink to the room. Minimal food choices for evening and didn’t try. Didn’t have the time to try breakfast. Went to the market across the street and picked up a few items for dinner. Staff friendly and helpful

The room and bathroom were clean but the hairdryer was coming off the wall and when used, smelled "overheated", there was a hole punched in the wall and the shower controls were not very responsive - took a long time to get temperature just right; either way too hot or cold. It helps to be somewhat deaf, as the highway noise continued all night. The good points - close to the airport, the bed was comfortable, there was tea and a kettle in the room and the bathroom fixtures were relatively new.

Room very dark. The one light over the desk was burnt out. No way to alert front desk as the telephone had no dial tone and no means of connecting. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room clean.
