The elevator got stuck between floors, which was particularly tough on one of our group members who's claustrophobic. The rooms themselves were compact and lacked a fridge, but they did have comfortable beds and were clean overall.

Terrible experience and I would say mainly due to the staff. When arrived the male and female receptionists were bickering. Then when leaving I passed my key card to the guy at reception and I smiled and said do I need to do anything else and he looked at me frowned and said ‘No you are done’ I was hoping for a ‘how was your stay’ or ‘take care’ or even ‘thank you for staying’

This was good for a quick overnight stay, not located centrally so a far ride to anywhere in Lisbon but close to the airport so really conenient for our early morning flight the next day. The carpets were stained and had a strange smell, the staff was very frinedly.

Both rooms we checked in smelled very bad. We had to change to the other rooms. Carpets looked dirty. There was no fridge and the hotel didn’t provide ice either. It was not a 3 stars hotel IMO.
