The staff here is so lovely and caring. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the staff made all the difference. We also loved the property. It is so beautiful and luxurious. The location is great, next to the city, yet far enough that it is very quiet, with a beautiful view on the town. My children loved feeding the peacocks who love to roam around and hang by the entrance. Wonderful stay!

This place was amazing, from the fabulous rooms to the friendly, attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Patricia, Mariana, Anna, Ines and Andeeia went above and beyond our expectations. In all our travels we have never experienced this level of hospitality, from the free wine & cheese evening (with occasional entertainment) to the immaculate room cleaning. Add in a family of peacocks and you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, the perfect place to explore Lisbon, Sintra and its surrounding towns. We will definitely visit again.
