The perfect stay! This boutique hotel in Alfama is a true gem. Rooms are clean, look modern and recently upgraded. The breakfast area was gorgeous, same with the wellness area. What really makes this one of the best stays I've had is the great staff. Always smiling, helpful and attentive. I'd also like to mention, great made-to-order breakfast. If you are considering this hotel, go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Room had an efficient layout. Temperature control was much appreciated. Water temperature and pressure were good. Staff were friendly. The buffet-style breakfast with option for made-to-order eggs, pancakes, etc. was a good value. Looking forward to discovering Vincci Alfama properties in other cities.
