My friend and I stayed here for 3 nihhts in late Oct. The location was great as base for exploring Lisbon. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and modern. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. Would stay again and would recommend.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean but a bit small. The location is excellent for walking around and seeing the city. I was disappointed in the breakfast, which I paid extra for. It seemed more like a basic breakfast many hotels would include for free (limited choices). On my last morning, the elevator was out of service and I had to use the stairs up and down to the 4th floor. Luckily, the staff helped with my luggage or I couldn’t have managed my suitcases. I ordered and prepaid a transfer to the cruise port with the front desk, but unfortunately the driver was over 30 minutes late. I barely made my appointed check-in time.
