I wish i could give the staff a 10 start review. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. I fell and injured my ankle, they were excellent with providing ice and even a cane! Super friendly. They arranged a driver for us who was fabulous and very informative regarding history of the area. I will MOST DEFINITELY stay here again! Obrigada 💖💝

Very conveniently located in the middle of old Lisbon with ready access to all touristy neighbourhoods. Room was clean and in very good condition. We thought it might be noisy being in this part of the city but it was actually quiet and we couldn't hear the city noise.

The staff in the hotel are very friendly since the first messages I sent. The hotel is ok, rooms small, and corridors to the rooms also very narrow, one door in front of other, think if both open at the same time won’t fit. To take the elevator, first you need to take stairs. The area is centric just the avenue where is the hotel is not convenient for anyone picking you up. No tours would go to that hotel, always telling you you need to go somewhere else. We stayed only 1 night and when we came balck from Porto we were glad we had a reservation in another hotel much more convenient and spacious, tours did go pick us up in that other one.

My choice of the best Hotel

It was on a street the a person could easily get an Uber which are extremely cheap in Lisbon. It was amazingly quiet and we were on the street side with 2 large windows. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods available! Also across from the Santa Justa Elevator!
