Close to everything

Excellent place to stay to be close to everything. Walkable to the riverfront and close to many restaurants. We have stayed here for years while visiting Lisbon. The hotel could use a fresh update and it would be helpful to have USB ports in the room for charging phones etc

We initially stayed at Rossi Garden for 3 nights on our arrival to Lisbon and loved it so much, we stayed 3 more days on our return before we headed back to USA. The hotel is very comfortable, a great value and the bed was very very comfortable. I wanted to thank Ines, Ines and Rita and the other front desk staff for their assistance. They gave us excellent recommendations, helped us with translating to Portuguese and always kept us stocked with plenty of water. The breakfast was good, but wish they had oatmeal and also had nuts and dried fruits to their continental breakfast. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Finally translating in English on how to use the safe, a small iron board and iron would have been nice to use in room. The location is unbeatable. You are just about 30 minutes walking to most of the sites in Lisbon and close to all mass transit. You can't loose with Rossio Garden.

The hotel was just so so

The phone didn’t work so I had go to the front desk if I had questions. We didn’t receive hand towels or wash cloths. The room was so . I would not stay there again.

We loved our stay at this hotel in a very convenient area. The two beds were comfortable for our group of three, and the room was kept neat and clean daily. The water bottles and chocolates daily were a ice find.
