We loved the apartment! And it was in a great location. The only negative was how loud it was at night. Because this apartment is in an area with a lot of nightlife, we could hear loud groups of people until 2, 3, 4am. So it was a little hard to sleep

Our family had a superb stay at the residence. The location was excellent for exploring Lisbon and we enjoyed the many cafes and restaurants in the area. The suite itself was beyond our expectations - equipped with everything you could ask for: exceptionally clean, welcome basket, comfortable beds, easy access. Highly recommend.

Super location. Super welcome. There was a beautifully set table with welcome gifts. Very comfortable beds. The bathroom was good for our group. The second toilet was more of a half closet but still great have. There was a balcony with a great view over the summer festivities also AC worked great! .

Excellent location , spacious appartment, comfortable beds, very good communication. Only minor issue: Regular check in at 16:00 is too late and check out at 10:00 is too early.

Great location but very noisy at night

Great location, great view, close to team and train station. However, very noisy at night and until very early in the morning. Lots of bars on alley way and many people hanging out drinking, smoking and talking very loudly late at night and early morning until 3am

I had an amazing experience at this stay. It was beautiful! The view is amazing and the location is so convenient. It’s in the bairro alto neighborhood where you are minutes from pretty much all you need. It’s on a hill so for those that are aged or need accommodations it can be a bit tough but my mom age 82 was able to walk it most days, and if she was too tired there’s literally a trolley that brings you directly across the street. The staff was awesome. They were so responsive to all my communications which were frequent, not because of any issues with the stay, but just questions about recommendations for dining, early-check-in, luggage drop-off, transfers, and more. They always responded in minutes if it was within business hours, or immediately upon opening the following day. At night because of its central location if there was a soccer game you could hear people cheering and singing but none of us had problems sleeping at night and honestly added to the charm of our stay. I was able to drop-my luggage at another location (Residentas arco do Bandeira) in a locked storage area for a couple hours since my flight was after check-out and it was just down the hill, also beautiful, and convenient to everything, the staff member that was onsite was so friendly, and we got to enjoy more time walking around and shopping before our transfer to airport arrived. I highly highly recommend staying here or any of their other locations you will have an incredible experience guaranteed

Stunning view, clean spacious property. Beautiful French windows. Only issue to be aware of is that the location is centre to the bustling, party nightlife section of the city. Hence it was loud outside, even mid week, with the windows closed on the 3rd floor. Just be aware, for sleeping purposes.

The apartment was perfect for my wife and I and our two adult children. It is a true 2 bedroom with "real beds" (not sleeper sofas) a sizeable living area as well as a complete well supplied modern kitchen with dining table for 4. The bathroom is completely updated. The view from the apartment is amazing, overlooking the city of Lisbon. It is in the heart of an entertainment district with unlimited food and nightlife options. The "price that you pay" however is that it can be a bit noisy late a night (which did not bother us at all). In addition, be prepared for the walk up to the apartment, no matter where you are returning from - this too did not bother us (we enjoyed the exercise), but I can see it being an issue for the elderly or those who are not in reasonable shape. We would definitely stay again!

The team at Residentas was wonderful. They communicated regularly and just the right amount. The apartment was great and a treat to stay in. The only drawback is the party noise at night from the neightbourhood. Residentas place was perfect and they did warn of the noisy neighbourhood, so this no reflection on them. But sleep on a Friday night was seriously affected. I was celebrating a birthday during the stay and the team generously recognized it with a lovely pastry and note. Highly recommend the place, just be prepared for noise on the weekend.

We stayed in the penthouse - which can sleep 6 - though we were a party of 4. We paid up for the extra bathroom and space Pros: - Great Location - Friendly, professional staff - Spacious, comfortable apartment - Can leave luggage - before check-in time Cons: - The second bathroom in the loft (toilet seat, sink - in separate stalls) was basically unusable for adults. Should be okay for children. If you are a party of all adults, would not recommend Also, if you are a light sleeper, it gets a bit noisy late into the night, on some days. We didn't mind too much.

Great apartment and location. It’s at a busy spot so there was some noise from the street well into the night but that did not detract from our experience. In general the apartment was in good condition with a few minor maintenance needs. Would definitely go back.
