Old building in old shape. Rooms are VERY small, bathrooms also small and uncomfortable. Old furniture but servicable. Breakfast is poor. Planes fly low and regularly, and any noise able a low talking voice can be heard thru walls. The best things about this hotel are the location and the staff who are truly great!

Bring a sleeping bag

It was very basic and dated. The staff were lovely however I had to go looking for any pillows and couldn’t find a duvet or sheets. Ended up having to get a sleeping bag liner from decathlon because I wasn’t sure if the sheets had been washed (marks on mattress sheet)

I wanted to complain about *Residencial Horizonta * that we stayed from June 3 to 11 in Portugal Lisbon. The room was dirty. There are bed bugs, we all got bites on body. I complained to the front desk, but not getting any help. The front desk staff not even write down our complain. He asked us to talk to the manager but didn’t give us the manager contact. We found that it’s no point to get any help from the hotel or argue with the staff. We didn’t want to ruin our vacation, and further damage our body with bug bites. We decided to find another hotel. We didn’t use the room for 3 nights and much appreciate that if Expedia can step in and offer some credit or compensation for future trip.

I have stayed here before with pretty good results. This time literally EVERYTHING was terrible including the toilet that did not flush properly at any given time, and at some times not at all. When I asked to be moved I was told "NO" then a guy came up and "fixed" it (which I had done twice already obviously it wasn't fixed it just managed to flush again for 1 try). Since I was leaving the next day I just left the yuk for them. The morning buffet is more scant than it ever has been, the AC was sporadic at best. I think this was my 3rd stay, and I can honestly say NEVER AGAIN.

Chambre propre climatisé, malgré qu'elle soit un peu juste en surface pour 3 adultes, mais pour 2 nuits c'est suffisant , lit, draps et serviettes changé et propre. Personnels d'accueil excellent disponible et serviable (ajout des oreillers supplémentaires suite demande faite à une heure bien tard). Petit déjeuner inclus correct pour l'établissement. La station du métro juste en face ce qui facilite les déplacements et la proximité. Je recommande bien l'établissement.
