The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. The only downside is the location is uphill, so you should be in decent shape to get to the hotel, or be prepared to use a ride share to get t and from the hotel from the metro or train station.

Located at the top of a hill, this facility requires walking through a area that feels unsafe due to the presence of groups of young men just loitering about. The staff are super helpful and the breakfast has lots of variety. Rooms are very small but serviceable. Rooftop patio has great views.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room and bathroom were small but clean and comfortable, and I liked that the towels were changed every day. Breakfast was really good — fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. To get to the hotel, you need to climb some stairs, and the street is one-way, but it’s a pleasant place overall.

I liked the place, it is not amazing but it was ok for what we paid. Great breakfast, this was my favorite part, rooms are small but confortable, the terraces are very pretty and it was very close to rhe city center. I would have liked that the staff would be better at touristic recomendations and advise since their feedback was very poor. You get what you pay, nothing more. Dont expect amazing but expect cleanness, great breakfast, good location and good terraces. Room and bathroom are very small

We requested a cot bed for our toddler and were charged an additional €15 for it. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We were provided with a disassembled cot that my husband had to put together himself. It came without a proper mattress or linens—only a random baby blanket, which we weren’t even sure was clean. A very young and seemingly inexperienced staff member was unable to assist further, and we were told that a more senior manager was unavailable at the time. When we followed up the next morning to request a refund for the cot charge, we were again told that the manager wasn’t available and that they were reluctant to offer any compensation. For a paid service, we expected at the very least a clean, pre-assembled cot with appropriate bedding, along with better customer support. This fell well short of acceptable standards.

I liked the staff’s performance and demeanor, very Friendly and hospitable. It was relatively close to the Centrum. Easy to get to and for UBER to find. Only downside was the Rooms were extremely small. Disappointed with the description of the hotel as shown online.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous terrace—a beautiful spot to relax and take in the views. Highly recommend!

Staff was so sweet upon arrival! They make your stay feel very personalized. The breakfast spread was also INSANELY delish. We stayed in the penthouse top floor room with the private rooftop patio which was just breath-taking. Highly recommend.

Best hospitality experienced in Lisbon here

The room was fantastic! The hospitality was not one I’ve experienced before. I was going to have an early flight so they left a bag with some breakfast items (sandwich, fruit, juice and pastry). This act of service ensured whenever I return to Lisbon, I’m definitely staying here again. Obrigada!!!
