The location was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very modern and clean. Note to self, there are no elevators and you must navigate at least 2 to 4 levels. Wine choices at front desk where wonderful and affordable.

Had a lovely 6 night stay here, absolutely all hotel staff were so friendly & helpful! The shared washrooms are all very well kept and availability was never an issue. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very tasty with a great variety. Beds were comfy and the room was cozy and bright - wonderful view from a small balcony too! The rooms were quiet and sound proofed from outside which was great! That said, I would recommend bringing earplugs to help with noise from other guests when they are loud or gather in the common room super early in the morning - this was only an issue 2 of 6 nights. Over all found our stay here to be very comfortable and convenient- hotel is located in a very central area that’s easy to get around from and we would absolutely stay again!

Hostal is very clean, breakfast was abundant but inexpensive/ cheap and same every day. We stayed for 10 days and ate the same breakfast every single day. I guess you get what you paid for. I actually booked this by mistake because I did not pay attention to the fact that we have to share bathrooms with other 7 rooms. I am given a 2 because at the 8th day of our stay, they have some guests that came late at night very, very drunk screaming and hitting the walls. We were very afraid, even pee on cups because we were so scared of going out the room. We requested to be changed to another floor, which was granted but that night, same people were banging on the outside door at 3am so hard that we thought door will be broken. Again, very scared and another sleepless night. Management did not do anything. Just saying this so you are aware that this could be happened. We understand that the hostal did know these people at the time of booking but the not action is what we do not understand. I hope if this happens again, management do something about it.

The room was clean. We spent six days in Lisbon and have nothing but praise for the staff !!! The view was fantastic. We sat on the small balcony area and thoroughly enjoyed, relished and absorbed the views. These piqued our interests such that We explored all the neighborhoods we saw from our room. Breakfasts were great and the variety was just enough that everyone in our party was always satisfied. There is no elevator, but the hotel staff will assist with your luggage (if you ask politely !!). This is our new favorite in Lisboa!!! ,

Location was very good but the hotel does not have a lift and I had to drag my huge suitcase up multiple flights of stairs. They should have staff to help guests with this. The room was old, dark and dated. Would not stay again.

I liked the room. It was nice, clean and comfortable. But people need to know it's historical so there's no elevator and the lobby is in the second floor. The breakfast was not outstanding, but in general it's a good hotel and good location.
