Penha Longa Resort offers 204 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature minibars and espresso makers. Rooms open to balconies. Everything about my stay was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The grounds are enormous and one can literally lose oneself walking in nature around the golf course. There are five great restaurants on property. We loved Ritz Carlton Penha Longa. Excellent hotel with beautiful room, great pool and spa and a golf course, if that is your thing. Convenient to both Sintra and Cascais. 2 different Michelin starred restaurants on property and a very nice breakfast.

Definitely a retreat resort away from the city. Located closed to Sintra downtown (10-15min driving), sits on golf course that is fun to walk around. Two pool family and adult (both cold not heated). Rooms are spacious, breakfast is great but can get busy as it’s popular. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful and most speak good English. Highly recommend.

Great place!

Great facilities, rooms and ambience - however, some services like breakfast room was not up to standards… Seemed to be post-pandemic hiccups and still way better than all other resorts we’ve visited recently… Would go again!

In general an excellent hotel but the number of very large groups definitely seem to be impacting on service details.
