This hotel is my go to when in Lisbon. I find the staff always friendly and very helpful, the reception/lobby is super clean. The rooms are bright, clean and really nicely set up with everything you need. Location is great, close to downtown, airport and just around the corner to restaurants and the Versailles patisserie since 1922, a must visit.

Stayed here for our final night in Portugal before returning home. Great location, very close to the red line metro and lots of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also very good. The only negative was the condition fo the carpets in the room as our room was long overdue for a carpet cleaning. They were visibly dirty and in need of a deep clean.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and close to bus and metro station. The room and bathroom is spacious. The hotel, bathroom and room was clean, however the carpet didn’t feel or look clean. Despite being a four star hotel the room didn’t have proper curtains, the sunlight shined through. Check-in staff was very kind, however night staff didn’t even respond to call. Breakfast is with limited choice.
