The hotel is not accessible by Uber due to local restrictions which we were not informed of by the hotel and we had to drag our luggage uphill on cobblestone street which could be avoided if we took a cab from the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is clean and comfortable however the carpet must be replaced which really tarnished this review.

It is very difficult to get a uber or cab to take you to the hotel. Multiple times the uber got lost and dropped us at the wrong spot. Very desolate at night. The pictures posted are not accurate. The hotel was nice but think grandmas house. If you want modern this is not your place

Nowhere to park. Booked this hotel because we had a car rented and it says parking on-site. When arriving at hotel we were told the garage was full. They only have spots for 2 cars. So had to park in a paid parking lot 8 min drive away and carry bags. Staff basically said deal with it. Hotel is run down and not clean

This is a lovely hotel but be aware that it is a very steep climb! There were a couple of things I thought could be improved. There was no water in the room, glasses were taken & never replaced so we had to go & ask for them. The toiletries/ complimentary biscuits were not replaced. For a 4 star hotel I felt these were basics that I would expect.
