We arrived at 8 am from an overnight flight with little sleep. The staff was friendly helpful and very accommodating. The allowed us to go to our room right away. What’s difference it made to be able to grab a couple hours sleep and get orient rather than waiting to check in later. They helped us with our baggage too. The breakfast was excellent with many options. The staff all very helpful. It was lovely to come in in the evening and find a glass of wine or water choice to take to our room. We would recommend this hotel as it is clean, roomy and well located.

Loved this property. The location is prefect for accessing public transport of any kind. It’s also centrally located to walk to the various squares near by. We travelled all around the city and to nearby beaches by metro system. The breakfast is wonderfully plentiful and starts nice and early at 7:00. The rooms are compact but efficiently laid out with adequate storage space and a wonderful rain head shower with plenty of hot water. Our room was located on the back side of the hotel and the room was so quiet. I recommend booking the Twin Room as they are slightly larger than the standard room. If we return to Lisbon we will definitely stay at the hotel again. Also a shout out to the waiter from Nepal who works in the on Cafe Portugal restaurant. He greeted us each and every time we entered the hotel even if we weren’t looking for some thing to drink or eat.
