All was great, nearby to all the major shops and transportation. We loved being walking distance to the water. Two things that could have been better. The room maid service was just ok. I felt the floors weren’t always cleaned. Secondary, the breakfast space was tight!

An exceptional and charming hotel! It is perfectly located near the train station, shops, restaurants, river square, trams, etc. The hotel staff are friendly (all of them!) and helpful. They willingly kept our luggage until our room was ready, answered questions about transportation and the neighbourhood. The breakfast has healthy choices and lots of variety - eggs, fresh pasteries, juices, cheeses, coffee etc. The rooms are clean, spacious (for Europe), and quiet even with a balcony. The balcony is awesome for fresh air and views. I highly recommend this hotel - it is perfect for a few days exploring Lisbon!

This is a chic hotel new and modern. The breakfast was ok but not great. No eggs to order included. But they have good scramble and boiled eggs amongst other things. The only negative I found was the the rooms are tiny. There is room for two legs all around the double bed/full size bed I selected. The air condition is great for those traveling in the room. I probably will not stay here again because the room was really small. No room for anything. No closet, no drawers. All other things were good, safe, voice maker and mini bar.
