Nice little hotel in a near perfect location to access all sights equally. Had a little issue with the AC, but the friendly staff reacted great and solved it. Didn't test the included restaurant, but the breakfast was fully okay. Would book this hotel again...

I liked how centrally located the hotel was. The room was very small and had no dresser only a wardrobe, half of which was taken up by the safe and refrigerator. So that was unfortunate. I also liked the car service to and from the airport ( not free but convenient).

I had an excellent experience at Story Hotel Figueira in Lisbon. The room was spotless, the staff were consistently warm and welcoming, and the entire property felt well cared for. The location is truly ideal - right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to explore Lisbon’s neighborhoods, restaurants, and major sights on foot or by public transport.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is top tier and the interior was always clean and the staff was excellent. The only thing I would say is that the rooms and the bathroom could use better lighting but aside from that, I wouldn't change anything. I will definitely book there again for our next trip to Lisbon!

We stayed at My Story Hotel Figueiro for 3 nights. Room was comfy and the bed was very nice. The restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast each morning was full of many choices, and everything was delicious. We ate two dinners there and some of the best food. Location was perfect. I would high recommend this hotel!!!!
