Nothing fancy but clean and central enough We checked in late, the staff member that night wasn’t present or terribly pleasant once she appeared but everyone we encountered after check in was super friendly Room was near reception/entrance so a bit disruptive at times and shower space was a bit tight. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which wasn’t ideal but breakfast was sufficient Overall totally suitable for a short stay

My stay was only one night. It was a very cute tiny little hotel but it had everything you may need, It was cozy, adorable and even had a nice view. It's in a great location, but just keep in mind Uber probably won't find it or drop you off in front so make sure you have the exact address so you can walk from the corner... There is a sign outside so you can't miss it once you walk down that street . There's even a cute little cafe on the corner that serves great avocado toast and coffee!

It took a bit to get used to the neighborhood which is very dense and hilly (and I’m a bit claustrophobic, and weather was unpredictable), but ultimately it’s very convenient for sightseeing. Pro tip, don’t use IMAPs, use google.

This hotel really checked all the boxes, it was located within a ten minute walk of nearly everything in Alfama. The immediate neighborhood felt a little sketchy, but (as our Uber driver said) it just looks bad and is completely safe. The hotel had a very solid breakfast, nothing stellar but absolutely everything you'd need including a couple local pastries and a fancy auto coffee maker. They were able to stash our bags for a few hours before check in. The only complaint was the size of the room itself, barely enough to fit two open suitcases and the bed, but it was really comfortable and the bathroom was great.
