A very beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in Alfama. The views are amazing and everything is within walking distance. The service was excellent and the staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment you arrive, the staff here treat you like family. They are super friendly and helpful. the rooms are great and the patio with tapas dining and view of the river were perfect. We were so close to all the things we wanted to do in Lisbon. Even though you are right in the heart of things, the hotel is tucked away for a nice quiet sleep!!!

This must be up there as one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Location is second to none. Staff were exemplary- nothing was too much trouble for them and the service was amazing. All very friendly and helpful. An oasis in the best area of Lisbon. I loved the fact that they had nothing plastic. Everything was reusable and environmentally friendly. Can’t recommend enough.
