This was one of our favorite hotel stays (and we travel for a living). The staff was so helpful (calling an oversized cab for us, answering questions, open 24 hours), the room was beautiful and light and clean, the temperature was comfortable at all times, the amenities were lovely and the location was literally a few steps from the Metro. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for work or travel!

The hotel is central to a lot of really great Portuguese restaurants and is even across the street from an underground mall. The cafe attached served traditional breakfast and was clean and the food was fresh. The staff was helpful and the property was well maintained. My only complaint is that once the tram started running the building would shake.
